When a bird strike event causes an accident or a serious incident, the proper authorities should proceed to a formal technical investigation conducted according to the ICAO Annex 13.

 

We tried to collect as many final reports as we could, prepared by the different aviation authorities of the countries involved. When we could not find such reports on line, we used preliminary reports or even a short description of the occurrences and of their possible causes.
